In the draft for 07/06 we have a definition:

Comparable Access

Comparable access means that individuals with disabilities have access
to and use of information and data that is timely, accurate, completed,
and afficient

when compared to that available to individuals without disabilties.

I think there are a couple typos, can someome chime in to confirm this
change?

Comparable Access

Comparable access means that individuals with disabilities have access
to and use of information and data that is timely, accurate, complete,
and efficient

when compared to that available to individuals without disabilities.

Note, removed "d" from completed, and respelled disibilties, and
respelled "afficient".

thanks.
