thanks, I realize that, my mind was just thinking of the sub-committee
organization.

maybe that is one part which is making the transition difficult for us
is that we tossed so much of our sub-committee items around in to the
new organization people are not quite as cognizant of where their
responsibilities are now. Just a thought.
