Folks,
As we discussed during last Wed.'s TEITAC AV sub committee conference
call below is Panasonic's proposal regarding revisions to the lower
right hand row/column of the table found here as:
4-A Caption Playback

Our proposed revision is:
Pass data, when available, to a video display with integrated caption
decoding circuitry
OR
Decode data, when available, and pass an open-captioned signal to a
video monitor
I propose we discuss this during this Wed., 8/1 call.
