The software issue still remains however. The provision you cite only
covers software where it permits color and contrast adjustment. If the
software doesn't provide an adjustment -- then there are no contrast
provisions at all that apply.

Are we REQUIRING that software provide these adjustements somewhere and I
just missed them?
