Good to do it now though - or they look like part of the provision.

And you can't have a note that contradicts or restricts (or allows) anything
not in the provision.

When you pull them down to notes- it is easier to see that some of these are
illegal notes (e.g. they allow or restrict beyond the provision - rather
than just explaining the vision).

Note that I had to Rewrite the note in order for it to qualify - and derive
it's validity from the language in the provision. The original last
sentence would not qualify as a sufficiency note.
