Currently, you can create a link to it but you can't attach it. We do need
clarification though because I understood that the transcript was to be used
for communication during the call and not as a public record of the meeting.
People who miss the call and want to review the transcript, or who have
difficulty in some other way with the call can review the archive. But as I
said, I don't think it was ever the intent for the transcripts to become
public record.
