Many apologies for the late notice, but the November 1, 2006 meeting of
the Web and Software subcommittee has been cancelled. A broken computer
(and other unforeseen circumstances) has forced Andi to cancel the
meeting.
The agenda items have been added to the November 6, 2006 meeting. Here is
