Hello Everyone,



This is a final "burst" of information before you arrive for the 6th TEITAC
face to face meeting next week



1. Logistics:



What: TEITAC #6



When: Tuesday, Sept. 4th through Thursday, Sept. 6th, 2007



Time: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All 3 days (currently scheduled; may end
early at committee's discretion)



Place: NSF, 4201 Wilson Blvd. Stafford I (to pick up your id badges; then
walk out the door of Stafford I, turn left, walk around the corner to 4210
Wilson, Stafford II, go up the elevators to Room 555 on the fifth floor.)

2. Procedures:


a. The meeting discussion will center around the provisions of the
August 17th draft, as a starting point. Committee members and participants
will have the paper copy/ accessible formats of the August 17th draft in
their hands. The Sept. 3, 2007 EWG draft will be projected overhead
onscreen. Presenters and commenter referencing the Sept. 3rd draft are
asked to make clear HOW any Sept. 3rd provisions they are discussing differ
from the August 17th draft, so that everyone can follow along with any
changed language.

b. Fragrance Free policy Under this policy, the Board requests that all
participants refrain from wearing perfume, cologne and other fragrances, and
use unscented personal care products in order to promote a fragrance-free
