Bruce,

I think it is important to have a way for people to get on the queue using
only their phones without having to access the Internet. Think of all the
times you participate on the WCAG calls from your cell phone when you are
not online.

Yes, a bot only a Unix geek could love! Fortunately, only the
chair/scribe need be comfortable with Zakim. Other people can ignore
its presence, it is very unobtrusive. And its use is optional.

I have high hopes for Jared's tool. (No pressure!) Requiring on-line
access during a call does not seem unreasonable. The burden of managing
a call while using the Wiki is harder for an AT user, but that is
already required by RCC. Or maybe if many people are using RCC, that
can work for queue management?

Seems logical to me, but could we not just mark the page/task force
inactive after the next meeting? I kind of assumed we were only
"chartered" until then.
