I made a SWAG at this for each of the provisions in User Interfaces and
Electronic Documents. [1] After each provision. I added an "Economic impact
assessment bullet with some sub-bullets.
We'll start discussing these today. I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts on
this topic. We'll finish these up next week once everyone has had a chance
to look at them and think about them.
