I thought we were doing this over a lunch session. While there are some who
feel they know what they are doing, there are more who are uncomfortable
with the tools.

I thought we were looking for a way to do this so that only people who
needed support got it, not in a plenary. I'm concerend about being
perceived as not responsive to people's concerns about having plenary time
"wasted", at least for those individuals who are not having a problem with
the tools.
