Folks -

This is a reminder that the 5-week draft review period ends today, October
19. Subcommittees that have revisions to provisions should send them to the
EWG technical editors, Whitney Quesenbery ( = EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED = ) and
Michele Budris ( = EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED = ) by close of business today. Please
be sure to send your revisions to both Whitney and Michele. They'll sort
things out accordingly.

Additionally, first drafts of minority reports are due today, October 19.
Please send these drafts directly to Jim Tobias ( = EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED = ) and
Mike Paciello ( = EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED = ). Please be sure to send your
minority reports to both Jim and Mike. Additionally we would like to ask
that your reports include cross-references to the provisions your report
addresses.

The TEITAC review schedule leading up to our November meetings is as
follows:

October 19: Revised provisions and minority reports due.
October 22: EWG releases updated TEITAC draft for review by subcommittee
chairs.
October 25: Review comments from subcommittee Chairs due by close of
business.
October 29: EWG releases final** draft in preparation for November TEITAC
meetings.
October 30: TEITAC conference call.

** During the September TEITAC committee meeting we agreed that any
provision adjustments resulting from the October 30 TEITAC committee meeting
would be included in the final draft in preparation for the November
meetings. EWG will adhere to this agreement. However, the production of the
alternative versions of the draft must be started by Oct. 29 in order to
have them prepared for the November meetings. Jim and I will take
responsibility for ensuring that any adjustments resulting from the October
meetings are clearly communicated to our TEITAC colleagues who require
alternative versions.

Regards and thank you for your cooperation,

Jim Tobias
Mike Paciello
