The following items are being put forward by the Closed SC and will be
forwarded to the EWG for inclusion. They are at:

In summary, they include:
Additional notes for inclusion in 2.1-F to clarify that this provision
applies to DRM content.
Additional notes to 2.1-G clarifying that this includes DRM content.
1.2-B is revised with a new short name and should also be reflected in the
definitions. We also identified that some technical provisions related to
operability with AT cannot apply to products with closed functionality, so
we listed them in this provision.
3-M: We made an editorial recommendation regarding the language with no
intent to change content. And we added language regarding how this applies
to closed functionality.
3-S: propose edits for clarify and to clarify applicability when
functionality is closed.
2.1-D: propose changes that we hope merge the two existing proposals and
address closed functionality issues.
