1) I think that where it reads "for products that are covered under
4-A.1" it should say:
"For products that are covered under 4-A.1 that decode caption data"
2) If we are referencing video description controls, we should point to
4-B somewhere shouldn't we?
3) We also need to come up with information about the economic impact of
our standards for the November meetings.
