Nice Job, Michele, Whitney, Allen, Mike and Jim!
To Reiterate what Michele just noted:
The only documents which were "locked down" enough to be prepared in
accessible hard copy formats for the meeting were the Agenda and the EWG
October 26th Draft.
Any other documents which members may plan to review, should be either
accessed online or prepared by the members, using the links Michele
listed below.
Meeting minutes (draft) for the September 2007 (TEITAC #6) and October
2007 teleconferences (TEITAC A-d) will be sent out via email later
tonight. They will also be posted on the Access Board website for
review. The committee will review and approve the minutes next Friday,
November 16, 2007, at the beginning of that day's meeting.
Some of you have responded and confirmed that you were coming and/or
that visitors were coming for this face to face meeting. I have
submitted an attendee list to NSF, passed on the assumption that those
of you who have not denied you were coming, would be there.
Thank you all for all your hard work!
We look forward to seeing you next week!
Sincerely,
Tim

Subject: [teitac-committee] EWG wiki pages frozen for plenary meeting
Thanks to all the people that submitted their info for the update
page. There was a lot of input late yesterday, so it took me a while
to get it all into the wiki. The wiki updates (or sandbox) page was
locked at about noon PT today.
If you need a hard copy of the update page for the meeting, you will
need to print if yourself. The Access Board is unable to produce it
in the different formats since it was changing until today. I have
created .doc, .odt and .pdf files. They are posted on the Access
Board web site. URLs for the files are:
http://www.access-board.gov/sec508/refresh/teitac7th/

updates_page_2007-11-09.pdf
As usual, there are also links to these files on the EWG wiki page.
To access to go http://teitac.org/wiki, click EWG in the left column
in the subcommittees box. On the EWG page under "Current Work" are
all the links. Direct link to the EWG page is http://teitac.org/wiki/

If you have any questions, please let me know.
Thanks,
