The Access Board has reserved the NSF facilities for TEITAC meetings on
January 7-8, as well as the morning of January 9, if required. At this point
in time the meeting schedule is tentative. There is no agenda, but it's not
unusual to minimally use this time to perform final edits and prepare/review
the presentation materials.
On the other hand, based on the work effort required to meet the January 9th
presentation date, it seems certain that TEITAC will conduct full day
meetings on January 7 and 8. You should prepare accordingly.

Subject: [teitac-committee] January Meeting?
Could someone please clarify for me the agenda and expectations for the
January TEITAC meeting -- if there is to be a meeting. I may have missed
some discussion, but I'm not sure if TEITAC members are expected to be in DC
in January or not. If so, I really need details as I have no travel plans
made to date.
