Diane,

At the Friday TEITAC Plenary Session, as Board Liaison from the
Access Board, I made a proposal to have the Final Recommendations
delayed until the March 2008 Access Board Meeting. The proposal included:

-A full TEITAC Plenary Session in January 2008 (3-4 days as necessary
to complete all remaining activities).

-Presentation of Final Recommendations on Monday morning, March 10th
as the Board's 1st Agenda item (to allow TEITAC Members to travel
later that day for CSPAN.

-Upon my suggestion, Mike and Jim suggested tEITAC hold-off until the
December 4th or 11th TEITAC teleconference to determine whether the
extension was necessary.

-A question was raised by Peter (Sun Micro) whether the Final
Recommendations had to be packaged for presentation. My response,
"No" as the Board could receive Final Recommendations orally at the
presentation with a written "Executive Summary". The Full TEITAC
Report could be made available post-presentation once prepared in
appropriate formats.

Hope info is helpful. Please forgive any gaps as I was taking notes
on my BrailleSense while consulting with Board staff regarding my proposal.

Best, Jim
