Hi Diane -

If you decide to attend the presentation to the Access Board and join us in
the Wednesday night gala event, then you should figure all of Wednesday into
the night.

We'll try to avoid waiting too long to make a formal decision. Generally if
you make your reservations 21 days + in advance, you'll be fine. We hope to
give everyone 1 month's notice and no later.

- Mike

While I appreciate the difficulty of judging how much time we will need --
waiting until the middle of December to get an airline ticket and hotel
reservation for the first week of January is not feasible or cost effective.
So for now the agenda is all day Monday and Tuesday and at least part of the
day on Wednesday. Anything past that is unknown at this time, correct?

Diane

Peter also suggested that if we were going to miss the January date - that
we schedule the January meeting to go all week - and try to just finish is
up.

Hopefully we don't need to do that but I think his thought was (and I think
I agree) that it would be better to work all week than to have another face
to face between Jan and March. We did achieve a lot this week. With our
calls hopefully there won't be that much left for January............
