Hi All,

As Mike has just noted (in a message that I hadn't seen before
posting the one below), apparently we've already got quite a lot of
TEITAC members signed up to the TF list, and he is requesting that
people refrain from all signing up at once. We'll try to report out
frequently on the discussions.
