Hi All,
Attached is the latest draft of the narrative section of our report. We
have made many changes based on your suggestions. The changes are visible
with "Track Changes" turned on. Please review this version and send your
comments to the EWG by 5 PM Eastern, next Friday, March 7.
We have softened the language of some of the suggestions so that they do not
appear as formal recommendatons by the Committee. If you still object to
their inclusion, please let us know and we will schedule Committee time to
discuss them.
