Subject: [teitac-committee] April 3,2008 Report and Presentation: RSVP by COB March 6, 2008 Thursday

Hello TEITAC members,

To help us in our preparations for the April 3, 2008 Report and Presentation, we ask that ALL members of the committee tell us whether or not you will attend the event in person on April 3, 2008. The report and presentation will be held from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. The reception will be held from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

We ask that ALL members of the committee please respond to Tim Creagan by Thursday, March 6, 2008 by the end of the day, and tell him whether or not you are coming. If both the alternate and the primary representative from each organization are coming, please say so. This will greatly assist us in our event planning.

There will be no remote access. For anyone who cannot attend in person, we will make arrangements to send any materials to your current address, as provided.

Thank you,

Tim Creagan
