The definition has bee updated to be:

Audio which has been enhanced through amplification and/or through a
variety of audio signal processing to make it easier for people with
hearing loss to understand.

This reflects the changes requested by Karen and Tony. Please
remember that this definition will be removed if the term is not used
in the provisions.
