I can live with the definitions, but would like to see a note that
basically says:
If Braille is used, it is considered sufficient to meet this
requirement.
For labeling hardware, Braille, when it fits in the available space, is
an alternate to print for people with visual disabilities. Indicating
this is not sufficient to meet this requirement doesn't make sense to
me. While there are blind people who don't read Braille, generally this
is not due to their disability, but to their education.
