Hi Gregg,
Perhaps I don't understand what you mean by "an autoset mode", but I
don't see how this addresses my concern -> that 508 only requires that a
mode exist, and our existing Subpart D provision 2-C directs agencies to
turn such mode on where needed by individuals or for public systems.
Therefore I feel we should either:
a. restrict the second sentence to 255 (which doesn't have a notion of
an agency procuring & installing E&IT), or
b. remove this sentence and perhaps add a note instead reminding the
reader of Subpart D provision 2-C.
