Thank you Judy. I have a concern on your input. You site the request
to change "listed" to "provided" but I'm not clear where that is
coming from. It is not in the TEITAC emails (or maybe I'm missing it
in my searching). So for the case of TEITAC it's considered new text
and can not be included.

From the way I'm reading this, we can only incorporate the first
half of your input.

Is that OK, or would you prefer to rewrite it? Again, the cutoff for

the plenary at that time, please point it out so that we are not
incomplete.
