Third bullet says.

But we actually have a separate section for 'mulitmedia'
And hardware firmware and behavior is in UI&EC section
so suggest changing to

largely converged into "User Interface and Electronic Content"

. Real-time text
. "TTY-like" interface
A key part is that we preserve TTY for legacy (PSTN) but we are not moving
TTY to the IP
Perhaps we should change second line to:

. TTY compatibility but not bring TTY onto IP
