Addressing some of Judy's comments:

harmonization.

I dropped in this slide because I already had it from previous
presentations. I don't have bandwidth to create one today that reflects how
the TEITAC report harmonizes with standards but the next slide describes it
in bullets. If this is a show stopper, we can remove the slide and I will
just talk to it.

I haven't done a numerical assessment to say for certain which one it is
"more" harmonized with. We did the initial work in subcommittee using the
May draft as that was most recent one. Some were updated to more closely
align with the December draft during the committee process but in Gregg's
analysis, we have found quite a few that still reflect the May wording.

I will be speaking to the fact that WCAG 2.0 was continuing to change as we
went through our process and repeating this recommendation from the TEITAC
report:

"We recommend that the Access Board continue to monitor WCAG 2.0 as it
proceeds to become a W3C recommendation by the end of 2008. Where there are
provisions in the TEITAC proposal that are harmonized with WCAG 2.0, the
Access Board should consider harmonization with the wording of the final
WCAG 2.0 provisions."
