Mary Brooner and Karen Strauss submit the following proposed changes - all
are contained on the attached powerpoint:

Slide 3 - better define the difference between Sections 508 and 255 to make
clear that the former applies to federal agencies and the latter applies to
equipment manufacturers and service providers. Also, add "interconnected
VoIP" to the referecne to Section 255 (Interconnected VoIP is not telecom,
but is covered under section 255 under the FCC's ancillary jurisdiction, so
if you only list telecom, you will be leaving out interconnected VoIP)

Slide 26 - add the word "interconnected" before VoIP

Slide 27 - put in the words "receiving text as it is typed" after real-time
text, and delete the reference to TTYs and character by character

Slide 28 - delete entire slide (the one entited "Clarification needed")
