Submitted herewith is the Minority Report from the Trace Center
As I post this I note a controversy about late reports. I beg the
committee's indulgence. I had my Center Core competitive renewal grant due
today (Tuesday) and, with TEITAC and WCAG being rather furious of late, I
was a bit behind and needed to complete my grant and get it turned in. Which
we barely did. I actually had no time to work on this since the TEITAC
report was released. In fact I only was able to START on my comments
until late tonight.
I did note that everyone posted their comments at deadline (within a few
minutes) except for ATIA which arrived a bit later. That seemed to
indicate that people did not intend to have their comment responded to by
others. So I honored that in my comments and only worked off of our formal
TEITAC report and the comments and open items there, on the WIKI or comments
made in our previous calls.
I hope you will indulge me and accept this report.
If there is a controversy about the other late report - I would suggest that
it be accepted anyway - or perhaps that language that responded to others be
removed and it be reposted. I would hate to lose the comments overall.
