This message is being sent to the committee mailing list. All
committee members and alternates should be subscribed to this list.
You can modify your subscriptions settings for this list at
http://list.teitac.org/ If a committee member (primary or alternate)
changes or if a member is not subscribed to this list, please let me
know or ask them to subscribe.

I have created a wiki page for committee meeting resources, action
items, etc. It is available at http://teitac.org/wiki/November_Meeting
Please add resources to this page as appropriate.

As a follow-up to the presentation on tools at the committee meeting,
I have created a subcommittee teleconference meetings protocol
document at http://teitac.org/wiki/Subcommittee_meeting_protocols
These protocols provide a mechanism and some tips for planning and
conducting subcommittee conference calls.

The wiki instructions at http://teitac.org/wiki/TEITAC_wiki have also
been updated. This is a great place to start if you want to use the
wiki, but are not quite sure how to start.

These are all wiki documents, so edit and improve as you see fit.

If you have comments or recommendations on these protocols or any of
the tools, please let me know (remember, replies to this message will
go to the entire list!) or post them to the Communications Task Force
mailing list.
