Subject: request for assistance on "user maintenance"functions
Hi David,
I'm writing to follow up on the previous discussion on paper trays and
today's Hardware
Subcommittee call.
We're trying to find a way to manage 508 coverage such that we strike the
right balance between what "typical users" need to do and what "maintenance
specialists" do. I know that the Access Board has received lots of
questions about battery replacement, motherboard removal, etc., in addition
to paper trays, and has provided technical assistance on those topics. Can
you provide us with any or all of that material?
