Gregg:
I feel you have been more eloquent about the need to integrate the
applicability of the technical standards for us so far. Would you be
willing to propose a several brief socializing paragraphs to explain why
the standards need to be harmonized, integrated, and scoped for all
audiences? We could certainly use such material to get this out for
discussion in wider circles.
