The " convey information or indicate an action" in the ISO box should be
part of the 508 provision?

"Larger-scale text or images of text" - larger than what? Also what's
the testability of "purely decorative"?

"...or used only for visual formatting..." Visual formatting IS
structure and should (must?) be available in a non-visual descriptor.

"Repeated blocks" Isn't this dealing with an annoyance rather than an
inaccessibility?

"keyboard interface" should be sure that this includes "exotic"
interfaces (sip/puff, eye movement, "brain wave control")
