Subject: Can't Connect to call

Hi!!
Not sure what service is being used for the call, but says the call can't be
completed. Also logged into the captioning to follow along, but apparently
don't know how to keep the transcript flowing because I see some of it and
then have to start over to see more. Glad to use that if I can figure out
how it really works.

Gets a fast busy signal. Very puzzling. Oh well. Maybe our conference was
not full, but maybe the total service is.

Debbie - I am so sorry for the technical difficulties. I will try to
figure out what happened and get everything smoother for the next call.
Unless people were on the line and not telling me after several
requests, the conference shouldn't have been full (we had about 10 lines
left), but these things are always a mystery to me. I have attached the
transcript and will call you to review the discussion. I did it in text
format. Let me know if you need another format. The major issues were
just organizational and the next meeting will begin focusing on actual
substantive issues.

Thanks so much. Everyone has been immensely helpful. Sorry to pose so much
distraction. Isn't technology fun? I found it interesting that the
captioning wasn't working well for me. And my only thought on my end in
terms of the non-800 number is that my phone service is VOIP (getting pretty
common these days). I have had no difficulty connecting to any other phone
service, but some conferencing services do have interesting protocols. So we
learn as we go for sure. Might be a good TA question for the provider.
