Can someone forward below issues to TEITAC plenary in prep for tomorrow's

Yes, GV's questions have triggered a discussion in the AV SC since it seems
to be a gap in the regs.
1. name of issue: Caption playback via web-based media players (QuickTime,
Windows Media, Flash, RealPlayer, etc.)
how it will be presented to the group: lay out the problem, explain the
varying points of view, ask for input
how much time you think it will take: 20 mins.
2. Definition of personal video display devices and requirements for caption
playback
how it will be presented to the group: lay out the problem, explain the
varying points of view, ask for input
how much time you think it will take: 30 mins.
Could be more, but those are the hot buttons.
