Hi:

I don't see "non-text element" defined in the definitions section. We
use it generally in the same way WCAG does, but apply it more broadly
than strict HTML definition. could we start with the w3C definition and
see if it needs to be broadened or if it fits our usage and then provide
that to the committee as a whole for inclusion in the definitions
section?
