Subject: Minority reports
This note is to remind you that the initial drafts of minority reports are
due October 19, in order to distribute them in time for the next
face-to-face meeting. We would appreciate "early warning" about any
minority reports you're planning or considering. This is not intended to
suppress those reports or to force the consensus process in any way. Feel
free to make your messages public, or confidential and private to us; we
will respect your preference.
