Subject: example wording for 3-A COLOR
NOTE: A conforming example is the use of both colored text and the word
"required" for all required form fields.
(required is a simpler word than mandatory)

Yes. I appreciated Brad's comment about using something other than asterisk,
but we also need to keep the languge simple and the term "required" is much
more straightforward and common.
