As previously announced, we will be meeting today Thursday December 6
from 2:00-3:30 Eastern Time.

For agenda, we will be talking through the "Section 255" message from
Ellen which I forwarded to the TF list on Nov 26. I have also pasted
the content below. We received no comments by this Monday Dec 3
regarding any additional provisions which people felt did not apply
to Sec 255 as well as to Sec 508. If you would like to comment on
this list in advance of the meeting this afternoon, please do so.
