Subject: View Point Opinion: FPC J - With Cognitive, Language or Learning Limitations
IBM does not support the inclusion of this FPC. It has the same issue as E
- With Limited Hearing. The disabilities listed (cognitive, language,
memory or learning impairments) are very broad and not measurable. We do
include a number of provisions in Subpart C that support the needs of
people with these disabilities.
