This subcommittee has conflicting phone info etc. in various places. It
would be helpful to synchronize the calendar and the other WIKI pages. Today
some of us came to the call because it wasn't apparent from anything on the
calendar or the listserv that it was cancelled. We have too many lines of
communication going.

I know "I agree" and "me too" emails are not appreciated on the list, but
I agree with Debbie. I cancelled other appointments after seeing no
information on this list or on the WIKI about a cancelled meeting - I also
looked at the transcript of the last meeting and found nothing about the
next meeting there.
I am not sure that there are too many avenues - at least one of the
communication channels should be used in a timely manner!

It was originally planned to have one today. There was a dropped ball
between Michael and I about sending a notice out. Since we had not sent
invitations out 2 days in advance per our process - and some thought we were
taking the week off - we decided to not hold one this week and to post the
notice on the board. We did not want to violate our policy.
- We similarly thought the other had cancelled captioning and neither
remembered the calendar.
Please accept our apologies. From here forward we will do a better job on
this.
