Subject: Re: Meeting Schedule;UPCOMING DRAFT AGENDA FOR FEB. 2007

1. The next TEITAC F2F meeting is February 6-7-8, 2007.

We DO NOT yet have a specific start or ending time for the February 2007 meeting.

Typically, I would expect that we would start the "official" business portion of each day by 9:00 a.m. and run until 5:00 p.m.

HOWEVER, I have received a request to consider stopping earlier on February 8, 2007 (the last day, which is a Thursday)

We COULD do that, particularly if people have to/chose to leave early anyway. How about ending around 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2007?

So, the start/end dates for February could be:

Tuesday, Feb. 6th, 2007: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.//

Wednesday, Feb. 7th, 2007: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.//

Thursday, Feb. 8th, 2007, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

2. AGENDA: The Access Board, in conjunction with the co-chairs, is going to put together a draft agenda for the February 2007 meeting in the next week or so [before the holidays]

We have some notes from the conference call on November 17, 2006 with the co-chairs and the subcommittee co-chairs. We will use that as a starter for the draft agenda, then send it out to subcommittee co-chairs for comments. We will probably finalize an agenda early in January 2007, but we want some solid ideas in a draft very soon.

Have a good weekend!

Tim

This sounds like a plan.

I'd like to add my support for Internet access at the meetings, too.

Another reason to consider: we have a *lot* of information posted on
the Wiki. Not having access to that resource will be severely
counterproductive during committee meetings.

We COULD do that, particularly if people have to/chose to leave early
anyway. How about ending around 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 8,
2007?

We could start earlier on wed/thursday also...
