Subject: Rescheduling Conference Call
Hello Everyone:
I am really running behind with a surge of work after my vacation. As a
result, I was unable to complete my commitment to get our summary on to the
WIKI in order to move us forward. I have it written but not posted. So, I
propose that we reschedule our meeting set for tomorrow and hold it next
Tuesday the 16th. I also propose that we leave the meeting we have scheduled
for the 23rd as scheduled.
tom, could you plese reschedule the captioning for Jan. 9 to Jan 16. And I
believe you also requested captioning for our scheduled call on the 23rd but
I do not have those details to post to the calendar.
Sorry for the disruption but I think it will be a better use of our time to
have the summary in front of us as we continue discussions. I will try to
get that up there tomorrow and will post when it happens. This should give
you adequate time to look it over and make additions. Some items may spark
continued discussion.
Again, meetings will occur on the 16th and 23rd assuming Mary Beth can
arrange the phone and Tom arranges the captioning.
