Tom Brett
A problem arises whenever we provide 'for example' type of additions to the provision. I would recommend that examples not be included in the final provisions but that they be included as an advisory note from the Access Board to the agencies. The reading of this provision will state show that everything that uses physical contact is covered. If there are still questions thea agency would be directed to another page with strong wording that the information on the new page is only examples and not to be interpreted as being all encompassing.
