Reviewed draft for keyboard short cuts. Whitney Quesenbery will contact the STC writers alias to see what recommendations they have.

Reviewed draft for who pay for alternate formats of documentation. Recommended to change "contract" to "best practice". Since the term "deliverables" is not used by government the term "documentation supporting the project" should be used.
