Meeting Tools

Hand-raising tool

  • Logon to the hand raising tool.
  • To help monitor the RCC and hand raising tool within the same browser window, a new link has been added to the login page called "Open the RCC and TOHRU tools in a frameset." Once you have the two frames started, continue to start the hand raising tool and RCC as before.
  • Meeting name is "Documentation".
  • If you are using the split page, at the start there will be 2 frames - FEDRCC on the left and the Hand Raising Utility on the right. In the box labeled “Enter Your Event ID” type in the FEDRCC Event number that has been provided for the teleconference and execute the Join Event button. There will be 3 frames displayed. On the left is the caption frame, in the middle is the “Speak to Event” frame and on the right is the Hand Raising Utility.
  • If you do not have access to the Internet during the call, just speak up.
  • When speaking during the call, please be sure to state your name to help know who is talking.
