When presentation of electronic documents supports it, the default human language of electronic documents can be programmatically determined.


Comments from Japan/Hajime:
Both this provision and 3-H - Language of Parts start with "When presentation of electronic documents supports it." We do not understand what the term "it" means.

Also we want to know "human language" is consistent with WCAG 2.0 definition.
