Synchronized media containing interactive elements, such as options for selection and access to segments of the content, must include equivalents for selection consistent with applicable Section 508 provisions.

Notes from November plenary:

  • Avoid using the word "accessible" since we haven't defined it. Need to look at how other provisions did this.
  • Add explanatory notes for examples
  • Do not have consensus on this provision.
