Subpart A is the home to the General Exceptions identified in the law and regulations. The Committee is considering changes to language contained in the General Exception section. A working page has been established to support this work: Subpart A:General Exceptions.
Definitions
Subpart A is the home to all definitions in the current regulations. The Committee may need to define additional terms. There are also multiple conflicting definitions of some terms. A working page has been established to support this work: Subpart A:Definitions.
