I wonder if there's something special in the alt attribute value.
Or maybe Wave gets confused with the order of the attributes
(which shouldn't matter), or something.

Can you post the URL of your page?

It seems to me that Wave 3.0 _reports_ all alt attributes for
image submit buttons, displaying their values as well. This might
be regarded as an error report, if people are used to analyzers
that report problems only. But green symbols indicate just
"accessibility features" - the report is informative and urges
the user to verify whether the alt text is adequate.

I think the overall approach of Wave is very interesting and useful
for many purposes. There's need for some fine tuning in details.
(For example, in the report, words of the document often appear
without spaces between them.) Besides, a person who uses Wave needs
to study the way it works and get familiar with the symbols.
They look somewhat confusing to me at first sight, but on a closer
look, I think there's logic behind them, and as one gets used to
them, it'll probably be easy to understand the reports.

Hello Jukka,

My url is http://www.hoehnermusikfan.net

The form is in the middle of the homepage.

I cannot open the page http://www.wave.webaim.org or any another page in
http://www.webaim.org in this moment

I remember that a new item in Wave 3.0 is to give an error when alt=''"
is the same as adjacent attributes or something like that. Perhaps this
conflicts with the alt in the input type.

Greetings
Ineke
